One of my favorite at home remedies for colds and flus is my fermented garlic honey. Raw honey is known to be loaded with healing medicinal probiotics and is used in various natural remedies. Adding in the power house of medicinal garlic makes for a must have in your wellness arsenal.


The beautiful brown color of the honey is due to the art of fermentation. This allows for the best candied taste and medicinal benefits. Allow the honey to infuse for longer to develop a deeper, darker color and more in depth taste.


Ingredients: Organic garlic and raw honey.


Choose from two sizes for your needs

- 9oz glass jar - Approx 25 cloves

- 5lb glass honey jar- Approx 130 cloves

(1 inch head space left for large jars)


How to use:

Consume 1 clove with honey daily for prevention and gut health.

When illness strikes consume 2-3 cloves with honey a day.


Use the remaining honey as a salad dressing base, on hot wings, in recipes, and so much more! Don’t waste a drop of the precious liquid gold honey!
